1. 1 bag Pioneer® Sausage Gravy, prepared (9100)
2. 6 lb. Tater Tots
3 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
4.1 bunch Chives
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (convection 375°F).
2. Pour heated gravy into shallow full hotel pan.
3. Arrange tots on top of gravy. Press down so tots are halfway submerged.
4. Spread shredded cheese evenly over the top.
5. Bake for 25-27 minutes (18-20 convection).
6. Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chives when plating.
