Hearty Beef Burger and Vegetable Soup

INGREDIENTS

1. 5 qt. 2 cups water
2. 13 oz. Pioneer® Roast Beef Flavored Gravy Mix (94544)
3. 1 ½ tsp. Dried thyme
4. 24 Cooked beef patties, cut into ¾” pieces
5. 6 cups Frozen carrot slices, thawed
6. 6 cups Frozen green beans, thawed
7. 4 ½ cups Frozen peas, thawed
8. 4 ½ cups Frozen corn, thawed

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil 4 ½ quarts water in a large soup pot. Whisk Pioneer® Roast Beef Flavored Gravy Mix (94544) and thyme with 1 quart cool water in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir into boiling water. Let simmer 5 minutes or until mixture has thickened.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer 15 minutes or until heated through before serving. Keep at 165°F during service.
