Ice Cream Pie

INGREDIENTS

1. 4 CookieTree® Gourmet Double Fudge Cookies (225010)
2. ¼ lb. Butter, melted
3. 1 qt. Vanilla ice cream, softened
4. 4 oz. English toffee candy bar, crushed, or pecans

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Thaw CookieTree® Double Fudge Cookies.
2. Place cookies in a food processor and pulse until a crumb texture is obtained.
3. With machine running, pour melted butter over the cookie crumbs and process until evenly mixed.
4. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
5. Spoon softened ice cream into pie shell. Use a sheet of plastic wrap to press the ice cream gently into shell.
6. Top with candy or pecans and fudge as desired; freeze until ready to serve.
7. Place the pie shell in the freezer for 30 minutes.
