Southern Style Chicken Sandwich

A spicy, deep-fried, and crispy chicken patty topped with pickles and gravy on your favorite bun. Serve this delicious sandwich with extra napkins!

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 bag Pioneer® Southern Style Chicken Gravy Mix (233537), prepared
2. 1 bag Pioneer® Pre-Dip Batter Mix (216558), prepared
3. 1 bag Pioneer® Spicy Texas-Style Premium Batter and Breading Mix (216556)
4. Bun carrier (brioche, kaiser, etc.)
5. Chicken breast patties
6. Pickles

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Dip chicken into the pre-dip and then coat immediately with Pioneer® Spicy Texas-Style Premium Batter and Breading Mix. Deep fry until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
2. For each order, place bottom of bun onto serving dish. Top with 1 oz. of prepared gravy and then add chicken patty. Add an additional 1 oz. of gravy and top with pickle slices.
3. Top with bun top and serve.
