Sesame Wasabi Fried Shrimp

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 bag Pioneer®All Purpose Batter and Breading Mix, prepared
2. 5 tbsp. Wasabi sauce
3. 5 tbsp. Sesame oil
4. ⅔ cup Sesame seeds
5. 5 lb. Shrimp, 30 count p/lb., peeled, deveined, tail preserved
6. 2 cups Flour

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Whisk wasabi sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds into batter.
2. Let batter rest for 15 minutes.
3. Dredge shrimp in flour and then dip in batter, up to the tails. Drain off excess batter.
4. Deep fry at 365°F for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Serve with an Asian dipping sauce.
