INGREDIENTS
1. CookieTree‚® Thaw & Serve Cookies (any size chocolate chip, chunk, or dark chocolate chunk)
2. Marshmallows (mini or standard)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Thaw CookieTree‚® Thaw & Serve Cookies and bring to room temperature.
2. Place one cookie top-side down on a sheet pan.
3. Top cookie with marshmallows.
4. Place in a salamander just long enough for marshmallows to begin to melt and turn golden brown.
5. Remove from oven and place a second cookie, top-side up, on top of the marshmallows. Gently press down.
