INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pan frozen roll dough in a full-size hotel pan brushed or sprayed with oil. Lightly brush or spray dough balls with oil. Cover with plastic or bun wrap to prevent drying.

2. When roll dough has thawed, press and push dough together to create a crust, then, using fingertips, push indentations into dough like focaccia. Allow to rise.

3. Preheat convection oven to 400°F (450°F standard oven).

4. Prepare Pioneer Instant Peppered Gravy Mix per package instructions, remove from heat, and set aside.

5. Parbake dough in oven for 10-12 minutes.

6. Ladle gravy over dough, starting in the middle and working towards the edges, leaving about ½ inch on the edge. Top with breakfast sausage, sauteed onion and peppers, then cheese.

7. Bake for 8 – 11 minutes in a convection oven (10 – 12 minutes standard oven).
