Whipped Butter Cinnamon Pull-Aparts

INGREDIENTS
Biscuit Mix
:
1 bag
218407 Pioneer® Golden Flake Biscuit Mix 6/3.25 lb.
Whipped Butter:
1 cup
Butter, softened
¼ cup
Milk
Cinnamon Sugar:
1/3 cup
Brown sugar
1 Tbsp.
Cinnamon
Powdered Sugar Glaze:
2 cups
Powdered sugar
3 Tbsp.
Milk
½ tsp.
Vanilla extract
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat convection oven to 400°F. Prepare individual ramekins or a full size hotel pan with non-stick spray or butter.
Whipped Butter
: To a stand mixer using a wire whip attachment, whip butter and milk butter is whipped and airy. Set aside.
Cinnamon Sugar Mix
: Thoroughly combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
Hydrate
Pioneer® Golden Flake Biscuit Mix
per package instructions.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface and pat down lightly.
Roll out to ¼” thickness. Flour rolling pin and roll from the middle outward, using light pressure.
Gently spread whipped butter onto dough.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over buttered sheeted dough.
From the top of the dough, gently roll dough into a tight roll.
Slice ¼” thick rounds out of dough and place layered side up in a prepared ramekin or hotel pan. Tighten the round if necessary.
Bake for 10 – 15 minutes in individual ramekins, or 15 – 18 minutes in a full size hotel pan.
