Ube Waffle with Strawberry Yogurt

Conestoga Sweet Cream Pancake & Waffle Mix (99405)
Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Strawberry Topping
Fruit Mix Diced Apple Pineapple Orange Mango Blend Infused with Hibiscus
Whip Cream
Coconut Flakes
Mint, Ube Flavor Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

To make the yogurt sauce: blend yogurt and strawberry topping.
Make waffle mix according to package instructions, adding in ube flavor.
Pour waffle batter onto pre-heated waffle iron and cook.
Top waffle with yogurt sauce, fruit blend, whipped cream and toasted coconut.
