Shrimp & Toasted Coconut Waffle

INGREDIENTS

  1. Conestoga Sweet Cream Pancake & Waffle Mix
  2. Coconut Breaded Shrimp Butterfly 16/20 Clean Tail
  3. Shredded Coconut with Sugar
  4. Toasted Coconut Milk
  5. Mango Jam

INSTrUCTIONS

  1. Make waffle batter according to package instructions, substituting toasted coconut milk for water measurement.
  2. Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron and cook.
  3. Fry shrimp until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Top waffle with mango jam, coconut shrimp and garnish with shredded cononut.
