Salisbury Steak Meatball Sub

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mix Gravy with Ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, set aside 
  2. Slice each Breadtown Bakery 8” Traditional Hoagie half lengthwise without cutting all the way through and place on a baking sheet inside facing up 
  3. Hoagie Build 
    • Spread ½ cup of sauce onto each half of bread 
    • Place three meatballs onto one side of each half of bread 
    • Top each sub with ½ cup of sauce on top of meatballs. 
    • Place 2 slices of provolone cheese onto each sub 
    • Bake for 5 minutes at 375F (convection) with sandwiches still open.
