INGREDIENTS

  1. 6 Breadtown Bakery Traditional 12-inch Hoagies (241139), sliced and lightly toasted
  2. 3 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy sauce
  3. 1 Tbsp. Honey or maple syrup
  4. 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  5. 1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
  6. 1/2 Tsp. Black pepper
  7. 2 lbs. Pork tenderloin or pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  8. 1/3 cup Rice vinegar
  9. 1 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
  10. 1/2 Tsp. Kosher salt
  11. 1 cup Daikon radish, julienned
  12. 1 cup Matchstick carrots
  13. 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  14. 1/4 cup Spicy mayonnaise
  15. 1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  16. 1/2 cup chopped fresh Cilantro leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, fi sh sauce, garlic and pepper in a bowl. Add sliced pork and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a medium bowl. Add daikon and carrots and toss to coat. Let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until caramelized and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Lightly coat each hoagie with spicy mayonnaise. Top rolls with pork, pickled vegetables, cucumber slices and cilantro. Serve and enjoy.
