Pimento and Bacon Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  1. 8 slices Breadtown Bakery Challah Loaf (241247)
  2. 1 cup Pimento cheese spread
  3. 1 (16-oz.) jar Roasted red peppers, sliced into strips
  4. 8 slices Bacon, cooked
  5. 2 Tbsp. Salted butter, softened

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Spread pimento cheese evenly onto 4 challah loaf slices.
  2. Top each with a few strips of peppers and 2 slices of bacon. Top with remaining bread slices.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sandwiches in a single layer and cook until golden-brown and cheese is melty, about 3-4 minutes per side. Serve warm.
