Pancake Breakfast Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 bag Pioneer® Original Pancake & Waffle Mix, prepared
2. Fried eggs
3. Breakfast protein (Bacon, sausage, chorizo), cooked

INSTRUCTIONS

1. For each order, ladle approximately 2 ½ oz. of batter onto a prepared griddle.
2. Griddle for approximately 90 seconds.
3. Flip and cook for 45 seconds.
4. Fill with a fried egg and the protein of your choice.
