Oatmeal Raisin Key Lime Tart

A cookie twist on the Florida Keys classic.

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 piece CookieTree® Premium Indulgence Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough (229526)
2. 14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
3. ¼ cup Key lime juice
4. 2 Tbsp. Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Thaw CookieTree® Premium Indulgence Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Dough. Keep covered during the thawing process to prevent drying.
2. Butter a 5 inch springform pan.
3. Press cookie dough into bottom of pan.
4. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed milk, sour cream, and lime juice. Pour over cookie dough.
5. Remove from oven and cool. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
6. Use a knife to gently loosen the sides. Remove the ring from the springform pan.
7. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15-17 minutes.
8. Carefully remove the tart from the springform pan bottom with a metal spatula. Garnish as desired.
