Creamy Smoked Paprika & Spinach Pasta

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 bag Pioneer® Sausage Gravy, prepared (9100)
2. 8 lb. Penne pasta, cooked to al dente, drained
3. 4 lb. Spinach, fresh
4. 2 Tbsp. Red chili flakes
5. 2 Tbsp. Smoked paprika
6. ½ cup Pine nuts, toasted

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place cooked pasta in a large bowl while still warm.
2. Add spinach, red chili flakes, and gravy and mix. The spinach will wilt slightly.
3. Place desired amount of pasta in a serving dish, dust lightly with smoked paprika, and top with pine nuts.
