Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Simply add heavy cream, Sautéed mushrooms, and chicken stock to a quart of your white gravy to make this rich and creamy sauce.

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 qt. Pioneer® Old Fashioned Biscuit Gravy Mix (94706), Pioneer® Peppered Old Fashioned Gravy Mix (94722), or Pioneer® Country Style Gravy Mix (94595), prepared
2. 2 cups Chicken stock
3. ½ lb. Mushrooms, Sautéd
4. 1 cup Heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine prepared gravy with chicken stock, Sauted mushrooms, and heavy cream. Whisk until fully incorporated.
2. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
