1. 4 pieces CookieTree® Gourmet Sugar Cookie Dough (225211)
2. Cream cheese or vanilla frosting
3. Fresh fruit slices, as desired
1. Thaw CookieTree® Sugar Cookie Dough pieces. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent dough from drying out.
2. Place dough pieces on a sheet of plastic wrap (approximately 12 x 12 inches). Place a second sheet of plastic wrap over the cookie dough and press (by hand or with a rolling pin) to form a circle approximately 7 inches in diameter.
3. Transfer cookie dough circle onto a greased cookie sheet.
4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 12-16 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Spread cream cheese or vanilla frosting over cookies.
6. Top with various fruit slices, such as strawberries, blackberries, grapes, kiwi, blueberries, and cherries, as desired.
7. Cool on cookie sheet.
