Choco-Coconut Sundae

INGREDIENTS

1. CookieTree® Gourmet Milk Chocolate Macaroon Cookies (229500)
2. Vanilla ice cream
3. Chocolate syrup
4. Toasted coconut shreds (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Thaw CookieTree® Milk Chocolate Macaroon cookies and bring to room temperature.
2. Scoop desired number of ice cream scoops into a sundae dish.
3. Place one cookie on each side of the scoops.
4. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
5. Optional: sprinkle with toasted coconut.
