Chicken Burrito with Salsa Suiza

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare Pioneer Instant Peppered Gravy Mix per package instructions (set aside 2 qts for another use), slowly mix in salsa verde and monterrey jack . Combine well.
  2. In a saute pan, cook onion until soft, add garlic, diced green chiles, cumin and chili powder and combine
  3. Stir in shredded chicken and 6 cups of Salsa Suiza
  4. For Burrito Build:
    • 1 Tortilla- warmed
    • ½ cup prepared rice
    • ¼ cup prepared pinto beans
    • ½ cup chicken filling
    • ¼ cup Monterrey Jack
    • Roll tightly and top burrito with Salsa Suiza
