Buffalo Chicken Dip

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. PREHEAT convection oven to 350°F.
  2. PREPARE Pioneer Whole Grain Peppered Gravy Mix according to package instructions. Reserve 1 quart of gravy.
  3. COMBINE 1 quart prepared gravy mix, chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and buffalo sauce in a large bowl and transfer into a shallow half pan.
  4. BAKE mixture until heated through about 22 minutes.
  5. BAKE biscuits until internal temperature reads above 165°F.

Chef’s Tip: Garnish with crumbled blue cheese and sliced green onions. Serve with whole grain biscuits or vegetable sticks like carrots and celery.
