Biscuit Topped Blueberry Cobbler

INGREDIENTS

1. 2 ½ lbs. Conestoga® Biscuit Mix (99400 or 99402)
2. 3 ½ cups Water
3. 15 cups Non-Fat plain Greek yogurt
4. 3 gal. 12 cups Blueberry pie filling, divided

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Boil 4 ½ quarts water in a large soup pot. Whisk Pioneer® Roast Beef Flavored Gravy Mix (94544) and thyme with 1 quart cool water in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir into boiling water. Let simmer 5 minutes or until mixture has thickened.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients, simmer 15 minutes or until heated through before serving. Keep at 165°F during service.
