1. 1 bag Pioneer® Nacho Cheese Sauce Mix (94331)
2. 8 lb. Elbow macaroni
3. 6 lb. Bacon, cooked, chopped
4. 2 Onions, large, diced
5. 64 oz. Panko breadcrumbs
1. Cook pasta according to package directions for “al dente”. Drain.
2. While pasta is cooking, prepare the cheese sauce according to package directions.
3. Place pasta in a large mixing bowl. Pour cheese sauce over pasta. Add bacon, onion, and tomatoes. Stir to evenly coat all pieces.
4. Pour pasta into 5 hotel pans sprayed with pan release.
5. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes until lightly browned on top.
6. Top with panko breadcrumbs.
