1. 30 Pioneer® 4.5 oz. Biscuit Dough
2. 1 cup Unsalted butter or butter substitute, plus more for brushing
3. 2 tsp. Parsley, chopped
4. 2 tsp. Tsp. Chives, chopped
5. 1 tsp. Kosher salt
6. 1/2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
7. 30 Large eggs, fried to order
8. 3 lbs. Sliced cheddar cheese
9. 2 lbs. Thick-cut bacon, cooked and halved
1. Preheat a convection oven to 325°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place biscuits on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-22 minutes until biscuits are golden-brown and done in the center. Remove from oven and brush with butter or butter substitute.
2. Combine butter or butter substitute, parsley, chives, salt and pepper together in bowl.
3. Top bottom halves of biscuits evenly with herb butter, eggs, cheese, bacon and biscuit tops. Serve.
