- 1 bag Pioneer® Southern-Style Brown Gravy Mix, prepared
- 42 Hoagie rolls, toasted (optional)
- 168 Meatballs, cooked (1 to 2 oz. each
- 5 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
- 4 bunches Parsley, chopped
- Hold gravy at 165°F during service.
- Ladle 1 oz. of prepared gravy onto bottom of bun.
- Top with 4 (or desired amount) meatballs onto bun and then top with another 2 oz. of gravy.
- Add 2 oz. of cheese and garnish with chopped parsley.
