Meatball Sub

This delicious recipe makes it easy to stage a Meatball-Sub Special.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Pioneer┬« Southern-Style Brown Gravy Mix, prepared
  • 42 Hoagie rolls, toasted (optional)
  • 168 Meatballs, cooked (1 to 2 oz. each
  • 5 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 bunches Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Hold gravy at 165┬░F during service.
  • Ladle 1 oz. of prepared gravy onto bottom of bun.
  • Top with 4 (or desired amount) meatballs onto bun and then top with another 2 oz. of gravy.
  • Add 2 oz. of cheese and garnish with chopped parsley.
