S’mores Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 bag Pioneer® Morning Bounty Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix
2. 13 ¼ cups Cool water
3. 1 ½ cups + 1 tbsp. Brown Sugar, packed
4. 9 Graham cracker crumbs
5. 6 ¼ cups Mini marshmallows
6. 3 ¼ cups Semisweet chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat a lightly oiled griddle to 365°F to 375°F.
2. Pour water, melted butter, brown sugar, and graham cracker crumbs into a 10 to 12 quart mixing bowl.
3. Add pancake mix and whisk well until dry mix is incorporated.
4. Gently fold in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
5. Bake approximately 1 ½ – 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
6. Serve topped with crumbled graham crackers, chocolate syrup, and mini marshmallows as desired.
7. Ladle 2 oz. of batter onto a preheated griddle.
