Lemon Cream Sauce

Crème fraiche or basic sour cream and a little lemon juice bring a refreshing citrus note to our homemade-tasting gravies.

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 qt. Pioneer® Old Fashioned Biscuit Gravy Mix (94706), Pioneer® Peppered Old Fashioned Gravy Mix (94722), or Pioneer® Country Style Gravy Mix (94595), prepared
2. 8 oz. Sour cream (or crème fraiche)
3. 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Combine prepared gravy with sour cream and lemon juice. Whisk until fully incorporated.
2. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
