Pancake Breakfast Tacos

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat griddle to 375F to 400F 
  2. Cook bacon according to package instructions. 
  3. Pour or ladle pancakes to a 5 inch diameter onto a prepared griddle 
  4. Flip when edges begin to dry (approximately 90 seconds) and cook for 75-90 seconds. Flip only once. 
  5. Place in a taco holder and let cool slightly (this will help form the taco shape) 
  6. Fill with scrambled eggs and bacon or protein.
