INGREDIENTS

2 Qt Pioneer Roast Beef Gravy Mix (94544), prepared
24 Breadtown Bakery Petite Brioche Roll (241137)
3 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Cup Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp Lime juice
3 lbs carne asada
2-3 cups refried beans (warmed)
4 Avocados sliced
4 cups Shredded lettuce
2 Cups Pico de Gallo

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk Pioneer Roast Beef Gravy Mix with Mayonnaise, Greek Yogurt and Lime Juice for an Aioli consistency.
Grill meat over medium high heat until charred and medium rare, let rest and slice against the grain.
Sandwich Build
- Toast the slider buns
- Spread a thin layer of gravy crema on both top and bottom halves.
- Spread 1 Tbsp of warm refried beans on the bottom bun
- Add 1.5oz sliced steak
- Add 2 slices avocado
- Add 2 TbspShredded lettuce
- Add 1 Tbsp Pico de gallo
- Top with crown of slider.
