Prepare hot honey by combining all hot honey ingredients in a saucepan. Gently warm to a simmer and cool down to room temperature for service. Keep covered.
Assemble frying station with Pioneer® All Purpose Batter and Breading Mix and prepared Pioneer® Pre-Dip Batter Mix.
Dip chicken thighs in dry Pioneer® All Purpose Breading Mix, then prepared Pioneer® Pre-Dip Batter Mix, then back to Pioneer® All Purpose Breading Mix. Stir Pre-Dip Batter Mix occasionally to disperse seasonings.
Drop chicken into frying basket and fry for 12-20 minutes, depending on size, or until internal temperature reads 165°F.
Assemble chicken sandwiches with toasted 241136 Sliced 4″ Brioche Burger Buns, fried chicken, and hot honey.
