INGREDIENTS

1 bag Pioneer Instant Peppered Old Fashioned Biscuit Gravy Mix (94445), Prepared

1 ½ cups Jalapenos, diced

1 ½ cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

1 ½ tsp Garlic, minced

2/3 cup Bacon, finely chopped

1 cup Sour Cream

16 oz Cream Cheese, softened

½ cup Green Onion

For topping: Mozzarella

For serving: Mi Rancho Tortilla Chips or Crostini (nutrition information includes 1 oz Mi Rancho Fried Yellow Cantina Chips 100879)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare Pioneer Instant Peppered Old Fashioned Biscuit Gravy Mix per package instructions, remove from heat, and set aside to cool.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream.
  3. Combine 1 quart of cooled gravy with the cream cheese and sour cream mixture.
  4. Add jalapenos, cheddar, parmesan, garlic, bacon, and green onion to the mixture and combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a half hotel pan, spread evenly, and evenly distribute mozzarella cheese on the top, as desired.
  6. Bake at 375°F (convection) for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and browned.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes and serve.
  8. To serve individual portion, top with a bit more cheese and melt it in serving vessel, serve with crostini or tortilla chips.
  9. To serve in a buffet setting, place hot hotel pan on the line and serve with crostini or tortilla chips.
