Southern Style Chicken Sandwich
- Dip chicken into the pre-dip and then coat immediately with Pioneer® Spicy Texas-Style Premium Batter and Breading Mix. Deep fry until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- For each order, place bottom of bun onto serving dish. Top with 1 oz. of prepared gravy and then add chicken patty. Add an additional 1 oz. of gravy and top with pickle slices.
- Top with bun top and serve.
