Peanut Butter Chocolate Whoopie Pies

INGREDIENTS

1. 2 pieces CookieTree® Gourmet Peanut Butter Chip Cookie Dough (229510)
2. 1 oz. Mini marshmallows
3. Chocolate sundae shell

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Bake CookieTree® Peanut Butter Cookie Dough according to directions. Cool completely.
2. Melt marshmallows in microwave, stirring every 10 seconds.
3. Place melted marshmallow cream on a cookie lying face down, then top with a second cookie lying face up. Place in freezer for 1 hour.
4. Remove from freezer and coat with chocolate sundae shell.
