Pancake Breakfast Sandwich

After you try this classic pancake breakfast sandwich, add variety to your breakfast menu by using chicken strips and syrup, peanut butter and jelly, Nutella, fruits, or peanut butter and banana instead.

INGREDIENTS

1. 1 bag Pioneer® Original Pancake & Waffle Mix, prepared
2. Fried eggs
3. Breakfast protein (Bacon, sausage, chorizo), cooked

INSTRUCTIONS

1. For each order, ladle approximately 2 ½ oz. of batter onto a prepared griddle.
2. Griddle for approximately 90 seconds.
3. Flip and cook for 45 seconds.
4. Fill with a fried egg and the protein of your choice.
