Butter each slice of the Breadtown Bakery Sourdough Pullman on one side.

On the unbuttered side of 4 slices, sprinkle the cheese evenly. Top with the remaining bread, unbuttered side out.

Over medium-high, heat a nonstick skillet or flat top. Add a sandwich and toast 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and toast the other side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches.

Meanwhile, in a small pot, heat the sauce until warmed through.

Once cooked, cut each sandwich into 4 strips vertically.

Serve the sticks with the warmed sauce.
