Grilled Cheese Sticks

INGREDIENTS

  1. 8 slices Breadtown Bakery Sourdough Pullman
  2. 1/2 stick Butter unsalted
  3. 1 cup Pepper Jack Cheese shredded
  4. 1 cup Smoked Gouda Cheese shredded
  5. 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  6. 2 cups Arrabbiata Sauce

INSTrUCTIONS

  1. Butter each slice of the Breadtown Bakery Sourdough Pullman on one side.
  2. On the unbuttered side of 4 slices, sprinkle the cheese evenly. Top with the remaining bread, unbuttered side out.
  3. Over medium-high, heat a nonstick skillet or flat top. Add a sandwich and toast 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Flip and toast the other side for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Repeat with the remaining sandwiches.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small pot, heat the sauce until warmed through.
  5. Once cooked, cut each sandwich into 4 strips vertically.
  6. Serve the sticks with the warmed sauce.
