PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Mix 5 lbs. Pioneer Pre-Dip Batter Mix into 9 quarts cool water. Dip foods in Pre-Dip Batter and drain. Coat immediately with Pioneer All Purpose Batter and Breading Mix, Pioneer Southern Style Cornmeal or Seafood Breader. Fry at 350°F until fully cooked, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (total fry time will vary according to the products being breaded).
