Pioneer® Deluxe Cornbread Mix 6/5 lb.
At C. H. Guenther & Son, we still mill our own corn and wheat to yield the highest quality corn meal and flour. These ingredients go into every batch of Pioneer Cornbread mix we produce, giving you warm, savory cornbread batch after batch.
Preheat a standard oven to 425°F (375°F Convection Oven). Oil lightly an 18×26-inch sheet pan for a full batch, 13×18 sheet pan for half batch. Pour 6 cups water into a 12-quart mixing bowl (3 cups for ½ batch). Add 5 lbs. (1 bag) Cornbread mix (2 ½ lbs. or 7 ¾ cups for ½ batch). Mix with a paddle on low speed (#1) for 30 seconds. Scrape down bowl and paddle. 6. Mix on low speed (#1) another 30 seconds.
