PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat a standard oven to 425°F (375°F Convection Oven). Oil lightly an 18×26-inch sheet pan for a full batch, 13×18 sheet pan for half batch. Pour 6 cups water into a 12-quart mixing bowl (3 cups for ½ batch). Add 5 lbs. (1 bag) Cornbread mix (2 ½ lbs. or 7 ¾ cups for ½ batch). Mix with a paddle on low speed (#1) for 30 seconds. Scrape down bowl and paddle. 6. Mix on low speed (#1) another 30 seconds.
