Preheat oven to 350°F for a standard oven (300°F for convection oven). Lightly oil an 18×26 sheet pan. Pour cool water into mixing bowl, add desired amount of mix. Blend with paddle on low speed for 30 seconds (brownies may be hand-mixed). Scrape down paddle and bowl. Mix 1 ½ minutes on low speed. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Bake 24 – 25 minutes in standard oven, 22-23 minutes in convection oven.
