To Use As Batter: Whisk together equal parts mix and water: for a more tempura-like batter use beer. Dip pieces into wet batter until completely coated, then remove from the batter allowing excess to drip back into the bowl. Fry at 350°F until fully cooked, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (total fry time will vary according to the products being breaded). To Use As Breading: Dip foods to be breaded in Pioneer Pre-Dip Batter Mix, then remove from the batter allowing excess to drip back into the bowl. Coat each piece of food in All Purpose Batter and Breading Mix. Fry at 350°F until fully cooked, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (total fry time will vary according to the products being breaded).
