







Morrison’s Roll mixes makes it incredibly easy to bake delicious, soft rolls you’ll be proud to serve. The high quality ingredients assure that these rolls bake up to an exceptionally airy, soft interior with good yeast flavor and a touch of sweetness.

Instant Yeast Method: Measure 1 gal. + 40 oz. water into mixing bowl. Add 25 lbs. mix; blend for 1 minute on Speed 1 while adding 2 cups instant yeast. Compressed Yeast Method: Measure 1 gal. + 26 oz. water into mixing bowl. Add 20 oz. compressed yeast and blend together. Add 25 lbs. mix and blend for 1 minute on Speed 1. Mix 8-10 minutes on speed 2. The dough should be properly developed 5 minutes after it picks up from the sides of the bowl. Scale dough and rest 30 minutes. Mold into rolls and proof 30 minutes. Bake @ 425°F about 12-15 minutes.
