PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat standard oven to 375°F (convection 300°F). Position frozen, pre-formed dough on parchment-lined baking sheet about two inches apart. Place tray in oven and bake 1.33 oz dough pieces 12-14 minutes, 2.0 oz dough pieces 14-16 minutes, 3.0 oz dough pieces 15-17 minutes. Remove cookies when they appear slightly under-cooked and the edges are golden brown. Do not over bake. Our cookies finish baking while cooling. Allow 20-30 minutes cooling. Cookies should be soft, chewy and delicious.
