Conestoga Sweet Cream Pancake & Waffle Mix 6/5 lb.
At C. H. Guenther & Son, we still mill our own wheat to yield the highest quality flour. This flour goes into every batch of pancake and waffle mix we produce, giving you light and fluffy pancakes that won’t absorb as much of expensive syrup as other pancake mixes, saving you food costs.
PREHEAT GRIDDLE TO 365°F TO 400°F. Put 3 quarts cool water in large mixing bowl. Add 5 lbs. Pancake Mix, blend with wire whisk until dry mix is well incorporated. (A slightly lumpy batter is acceptable.) Pour or ladle pancake mix to a 5-inch diameter on griddle. Flip pancakes when edges begin to dry (1½ minutes). FLIP ONLY ONCE.
