1. Keep roll dough frozen until ready to use.
2. Lightly spray pan with pan spray. Remove frozen rolls from bag and place in pans.
3. Place rolls on rack and cover the rack completely with plastic cover.
4. Thaw for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator or overnight. Proof in proofer (95°F/80% RELATIVE HUMIDITY) for 30-45 minutes.
5. Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes.
