Bring 2 quarts of water in a heavy saucepan to a full rolling boil. Turn off heat. Add slowly 1 package of sauce mix, stirring well with a wire whisk. Turn on heat. Stir with a wire whisk over medium heat until thickened and smooth. Remove from heat. Pour sauce into serving container and maintain internal sauce temperature at 165°F during service.
