To Use As Batter: Whisk together equal parts mix and water: for a more tempura-like batter use beer. Dip pieces into wet batter until completely coated, then remove from the batter allowing excess to drip back into the bowl. Fry at 350°F until fully cooked, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (total fry time will vary according to the products being breaded). To Use As Breading: Dip foods to be breaded in milk or buttermilk, then remove from the batter allowing excess to drip back into the bowl. Coat each piece of food in breading mix.
