PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Keep biscuits frozen at 0°F or below until ready to use.

  1. Defrost completely. Individual bundle – Allow to stand at room temperature for a minimum of 2 hours. Entire case – Allow to stand at room temperature for no more than 48 hours.
  2. Remove biscuits from bundle and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment. Brush biscuits with melted butter or butter substitute.
  3. Place sheet pan in preheated oven to bake. Convection Oven – 350°F for 5-8 minutes. Standard Oven – 425°F for 5-7 minutes. Ovens/oven loads may vary. Heat biscuits to an internal temperature of 140 – 180°F.
  4. Remove from oven and brush again with melted butter or butter substitute.
  5. Store unheated biscuits in an air tight container to preserve freshness.
