Guinness®-Mustard Sauce

The robust flavors brown mustard, Guinness Extra Stout beer, and a blend of distinctive spices make this great dip to serve with chicken tenders!

  • 1 bag Pioneer® Cream Soup Base & Sauce Starter Mix, prepared
  • 4 bottles Extra stout beer
  • 6 cups Brown mustard, prepared
  • 4 tsp. Black pepper
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp. Cloves, ground
  • 1 tsp. Nutmeg, ground
  • 1 tsp. Allspice, ground


  • Add all ingredients to prepared soup base, stirring vigorously to fully incorporate.
  • Bring to a low simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Hold at 165°F during service.
