- 1 bag Pioneer® Cream Soup Base & Sauce Starter Mix, prepared
- 4 bottles Extra stout beer
- 6 cups Brown mustard, prepared
- 4 tsp. Black pepper
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
- 1 tsp. Cloves, ground
- 1 tsp. Nutmeg, ground
- 1 tsp. Allspice, ground
- Add all ingredients to prepared soup base, stirring vigorously to fully incorporate.
- Bring to a low simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Hold at 165°F during service.
