Vegetarian Breakfast Skillet
This easy-to-prepare vegetarian breakfast skillet is as hearty as it is tasty.
Pioneer® Plant-Based Sausage Gravy, prepared (233362)
Potatoes O’Brien (or hash browns)
Eggs, in shell
For each order, prepare 3-4 oz. Potatoes O’Brien according to package directions. Place in a small skillet that has been warmed.
Ladle 3 oz. of gravy on top of potatoes.
Top with 1 or 2 sunny-side-up or over-easy eggs.
Garnish with chives and serve.
