Vegetarian Tater Tot Casserole

  • 1 bag Pioneer® Plant-Based Sausage Gravy, prepared (233362)
  • 6 lb. Tater Tots
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 bunch Chives


  • Preheat oven to 425°F (convection 375°F).
  • Pour heated gravy into shallow full hotel pan.
  • Arrange tots on top of gravy. Press down so tots are halfway submerged.
  • Spread shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake for 25-27 minutes (18-20 convection).
  • Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chives when plating.
