Vegetarian Tater Tot Casserole
- 1 bag Pioneer® Plant-Based Sausage Gravy, prepared (233362)
- 6 lb. Tater Tots
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 bunch Chives
- Preheat oven to 425°F (convection 375°F).
- Pour heated gravy into shallow full hotel pan.
- Arrange tots on top of gravy. Press down so tots are halfway submerged.
- Spread shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 25-27 minutes (18-20 convection).
- Cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chives when plating.
